By day, Sharon Cooper works as a Senior HRBP at Facebook focused on platform safety. She’s one of four surviving sisters of Sandra Bland. She’s become a social justice advocate on behalf of her sister and countless victims of color who’ve died due to state sanctioned violence. Recognized by Hello Beautiful as a Woman to Know, Sharon has appeared on CNN, MSNBC & The View and in USA Today, Cosmopolitan and Black Enterprise.

Sharon and her family have kept Sandra’s message alive through their NAACP award-winning HBO documentary, Say Her Name: The Life and Death of Sandra Bland.
