Nico Rosenstone is a globally recognized leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), known for his strategic vision. He currently leads DEI strategy for LinkedIn’s Product organization, where he brings over 12 years of expertise creating equitable and scalable solutions for both workplaces and products. Before joining LinkedIn, Nico led DEI initiatives for Product and Engineering at Twitter. He founded The Inclusion Practice, LLC, having collaborated with companies including Airbnb, Amazon, and Pixar to develop equitable and inclusive technologies and practices. Nico is also a faculty member at the Transgender Strategy Center, an organization committed to uplifting BIPOC transgender leaders and activists.
