    Upon graduating from Fordham University in 2021 with a B.S in Marketing, Diontay began his professional career as a member of Ogilvy’s Associates Program. Over the course of his tenure from September 2021 to March 2023, Diontay underwent rotations across Ogilvy Consulting, Account Management, and Brand Strategy. This comprehensive experience provided him with a well-rounded introduction to the advertising industry, ultimately leading to his full-time employment with Ogilvy’s brand strategy team. While primarily focused on accounts such as Nationwide and IKEA, Diontay has also made contributions to projects for renowned brands like Powerade, Pacifico, Truly, and others. In addition to his role as a Brand Strategist at Ogilvy, Diontay actively engages in initiatives aimed at fostering a vibrant agency culture. He serves as one of the co-leads for Ogilvy’s “Black Diaspora” community in NYC, where he plays a pivotal role in developing and coordinating events and programming tailored to the needs and interests of Black employees at Ogilvy.
