Thomas Harwell serves as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy Lead within Google’s Staffing Team. Specifically, his role focuses on how Google’s non-technical organizations build relationships with Black+ & Latinx+ candidates in the US and ensuring equitable hiring outcomes. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at several higher education institutions and is a proud alum of Texas A&M (B.S., M.S.) and Boston College (MBA).
