I am an experienced professional with a BA in African-American Studies and a DUAL MBA and MA in Communication. I am passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the digital media landscape. With a strong marketing, branding, and content creation background, I have successfully transitioned from a program manager to a director role, honing strategic communication, data analytics, and client engagement skills. My expertise lies in crafting impactful communication strategies and utilizing business analytics to drive effective marketing campaigns. My career endeavors have included time at Live Nation Entertainment, BET, iOne Digital, LinkedIn, Forbes Tate Partners, Depop, and more.

My role as the CEO and Founder of my own company, Brij App, has also aided in my ability to lead teams and connect diverse creatives to mentors in the media industry. I continue to combine my formal academic experience with my work experiences to empower communities by empowering creatives.
